We do not live in Florida, and it would have been so much more difficult for us to buy a house sitting in another state. With Tonna on our side, the process was smooth and quick. Hands down, Tonna Gruber is the best! We found her on MLS, and she became our exceptional and professional Real Estate Agent last September. Tonna sold us on Sarasota, and helped us find our retirement dream home quickly! Without hesitation, Tonna drove us around and consistently answered all of our questions. She was understanding, comfortable to be with, detailed, and very focused on our find. We’re new to Florida, so to have Tonna’s expertise and local knowledge, we were put at ease. My husband and I were extremely fortunate when we met our realtor Tonna Gruber, of Coldwell Banker Realty in Sarasota. We began a very positive and successful business relationship with Tonna. She stepped up to the plate every single time we needed her, which was often. Tonna’s expertise in the financial understanding of real estate as well as the ability to educate us was beyond impressive. She knew every aspect of the business and she was able to interpret contract language and execute an agreeable contract with ease. Tonna made selling our condo and purchasing a larger home quite seamless. We were especially impressed with Tonna’s generosity with her time. She scheduled numerous open house dates and performed with such professionalism with every prospective buyer. She was able to guide us through listing our Florida property and had experience with the marketing, the photographs, the brochures and she designed a unique and a very detailed listing. Tonna was able to get us a purchase price on our condo which was higher that any other condo in the entire community. Communication is important to us and Tonna was available and willing to talk with us numerous times per day. She got us the answers we needed 100% of the time.
